Been trying to cancel since October 2024, they don’t return calls and e-mail address for cancellation is full. They text wanting me to prepay and when I told them I wanted to cancel they stopped replying.Check out the BBB reviews
At one point you see bad reviews and just think well maybe it was just that time. No, sadly that’s not the case. For the most part I enjoyed a private gym! Some days it was clean some days it was just gross. Never used the bathroom there either cause that certainly wasn’t clean. My main issue is now that I no longer live close I want to cancel my membership. Which I told them and they will still be taking your money. Poor communication response time. Equipment is not kept up to date.
I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for a month now. I’m several emails and text messages in. There is no phone number to call. They have terrible customer service, the gym is dirty, the bathroom is even more gross…. I’ve been a member for over a year and they don’t run the company at all.
