Ashton and the entire company was extremely professional. I had some trouble last summer with my A/C. Ashton actually diagnosed my problem by texting him some pics. I asked about replacing it but was he able to get it fixed and running for very little $ until it finally killed off this summer. I got 3 bids to replace my entire system. The team at AIR817 is phenomenal! We discovered our AC had gone out at 5:30pm on a Friday. We called two other places and were told they could fix it on Monday, which wasn't an option for us since we had a party for 40 scheduled for the next day. We called AIR817 and they went above and beyond, from sourcing a part we needed after hours to working late into the night to get our AC up and running. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and professional repair when others can't get the job done - they deserve 10 stars!
