VERY DISAPPOINTED - When we first gave our vehicle to Airworld Transmission we were told that it would be 2 days before the work was completed. We dropped the vehicle off on a Thursday and were expecting it back by at least Monday. This did not happen it was a full week before we got our vehicle back the FIRST time. 2 weeks later we started having THE SAME problem with our truck. Again they had our truck for 6 days. After we got our vehicle back for a second time 3 days later the transmission STARTED LEAKING AGAIN!!!!! After... read more
We do our best to deliver vehicles on a set time, this also depends on our work in shop. Customer satifaction is most important if we need more time to complete repair we feel that is better than doing poor work. It is our option what form of payment we take and customer temperament can go a long way, when you ask for discounts. I am sorry we didnt meet your expectation .We truly do our best to make our customers happy thats how we have been around for more than 40 years.
Over-promised and under-delivered. I was told I would have my truck back in 3 days. He ended up taking 4 extra days with no apology. I had to take additional time off work, and had to continually call to check progress. He made me late to an important meeting on the day of pick-up because he took 2 hours longer to finish than he thought, and made me waste even more time because he wouldn't accept payment with a card. He forgot to mention this at any of our ten prior conversations. Again no apologies.
