I had the K5 osmosis system installed today by Richard. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained how the system works clearly. Air & Water is a great company to work with. Office people answer the phone so there’s never any confusion as to speaking to Sales or just general information. They install top quality systems and I have had their water softener system for 9 years. Previously, my water, that is high in manganese and iron, was orange. Chris was very patient, knowledgeable, professional and helpful in explaining our water issues, remediating them, and then recommending steps we can take to curtail the amount of rust in our well water. Very happy!
