I can not say enough good things about Tom! I have used him several times in the past. Like any other time I've had to call him today for my AC unit and he was here within the hour (on a Saturday). Very personable, thorough and affordable. I will never use anyone else as long as he's in business.

We were referred to Air Value Heating & Cooling by a friend and we are so happy with our experience. Tommy went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and a top priority. He made sure the job was done right and did not cut any corners, which we appreciated. He was also either right on time or arrived a few minutes earlier than when we were told to expect him. A/C froze up in our house in Charlestown. Arrived within an hour of calling. Cleaned and inspected the unit inside and out. Fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Did not try to upsell, he explained what he did, why he did, and the results i would get. The rate was very competitive. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend. Will get my business if i have any other A/C - Heating issues.
