I’m extremely disappointed with how my family was treated by both the staff and the owner. My daughter who asked me to stay with her and supervise the cleaners for routine annual cleaning has informed me that her private sensitive belongings were handled without her knowing. What concerns me most is that I was present in the room, and the situation could have been easily avoided if the cleaners had simply asked me to move the items. My strata had this company come and clean the vent from the exterior. The next day my dryer stopped mid cycle as it overheated and blew the thermal fuse. The technician has said it was cause by poor duct cleaning as the inside was jammed. The company refuses to acknowledge the incident as anything to do with the cleaning. Workers wear drug branded clothing on site and looked very unprofessional as there work results back it up.
