Service was more than disappointing. It takes a long time to hear back for repairs, and has us on a run around spending hundreds to order different parts, just for them to say they ordered the wrong parts once they came in- and it has to be a different part! It's now been 5 months with little to no efforts- we constantly have to checkin for updates and assistance. Mason and Jacob were very helpful and kind. My heat pump installer uses Air Treatment Corp as their supplier to supply Samsung systems. I’ve had 2 major issues since my system was installed 2 years ago for total aggregate outage time of about 6 months. First issue last year took over 5 months and persistent follow up to fix. For the most recent issue, I reported an issue with refrigerant leaking to air treatment on May 4 and after initially responding they went completely awol.
