I had questions about a delivery that I had scheduled and needed to see if I could get a different date because I had to go out of town on short noticed. A lady with customer service helped me with all questions and concerns and I really appreciate the patience she had with me. Thanks.
I called in with questions concerning my delivery and the customer service was very helpful and even assisted with setting up a new delivery time.
Horrible company! Horrible customer service. You will not get your delivery when promised and they don't notify you nor update you on their ETAs at all. We waited on a delivery from them for 2 days! I took off work as well as my husband, each believing the time of arrival, when they never showed.
Lost parts to my AC. First i was told they would be delivered then to find out they lost the parts and cant get them to return calls to explain what has happened. The low rating fits.
