We had a great experience with Eddie from Air Touch. We experienced a leak from one our aircon unit that was originally installed by another company. Eddie was recommended to us and was able to immediately diagnose and fix the issue on the same visit. We were pleasantly surprised as other people have tried to convince us to cut into our ceilings in order to gain access. But Eddie was able to do so without all that costs. Had my old AC unit replaced with a brand new one, and the whole process was seamless. Eddy was fantastic to deal with – his communication was clear, he arrived right on time, and everything was handled efficiently. From the moment I reached out, I was booked in and the job was completed within a week. Price was more than fair and was overall a hassle free experience. Couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend Eddy for anyone needing air conditioning installation or replacement.
