The job is finally done!!!! That's why I will give 2 stars.....Here we go....PLEASE READ..... 1. At the initial meeting I specifically asked if they used sub contractors and was told no, all our direct employees of Roofing Pups....BRRRMMMP - sub contracors 2. When the employees of Roofing Pups (sarcasm) started working on my house, ignoring the city's noise ordinance, half way thru the day my son realized they were putting siding where the stone was to be installed. Zemzem came out to my place to search for a leak that we were experiencing. She was able to get into the attic and locate the areas of concern and took pictures and videos. That was very helpful in moving forward with the estimate and repair.
Mike came out to give a siding repair estimate. The job was a bit too small for what they do, but he took the time to help me remediate part of the issue right there on the spot. +++ on customer service.
Alec was very helpful in deciding what to get done. If the work is supplied as I was told and done correctly, I will be very satisfied. Awaiting installation to see results.
