Update: NOVEMBER 20, 2025 With the cold weather here my calculations proved correct I DID NOT NEED TO REPLACE THE GAS FURNACE. Heat delivers as expected. I have proof Airtight LIED about providing a AHRI certificate. Former employee (Gill) sent both a text and Email providing the AHRI CERTIFICATE NUMBER and a guarantee stating it met the needs of the lMass Save application. The final invoice states said the same. I don't like doing this, but since you won't call me back to complete the job you said you would, the only course of action I have is to leave you a negative review. I requested to have my smart thermostat installed. Someone came out and said the wiring was wrong and fixed it. He plugged in the smart thermostat and it didn't work. After some back and forth the technician promised me that if I bought another one it would work (the other 1 of the exact same model did not work). I was skeptical, but willing to play along. The furnace install was just ok. They arrived with a team of people. They took a whole day to have it setup. One of them was very personable, however the team lead was very rude. After installing the furnace they couldn't get it to work correctly on day 1, due to wiring connections and had to bypass the security sensor. I am not sure if it was a lack of knowledge but they came out again another day and finally got it running the proper way. I had no heat today and the owner himself came and brought me 2 heaters until they are able to fix the furnace I thank them very much for the kindness they all showed me
