Unfortunately, the electrician did not follow the work order - which was to inspect for old knob and tube wiring. To do so involves not only looking at the fuse box, but also the outlets that were listed on the work order (external wall). I attempted to discuss the correct job and ask for the electrician to return to perform it. It did not work as the electrician was unable to grasp that the job differed from his idea.
I called on 10/8/25 late in the afternoon and left a voicemail message to Rodolfo requesting service for the boiler because there was a noise when using the water in the bathrooms and also it was smelling gas. Rodolfo called back very quickly and scheduled a visit for the next day the 9th, trying to accommodate my problems with urgency. Rodolfo came over checking on the problems. Rodolfo is a very kind, attentive, friendly, and professional person/employee of yours.
