Very unresponsive owner, my flight was canceled before pandemic and never rescheduled. I want a refund for this frustrated aniversary gift but nobody responds the e-mails or calls.
THIS "BUSINESS" IS A SCAM. IT STOLE MY MONEY AND NOW WON'T RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS, AND HAS DELETED COMMENTS ON ITS FACEBOOK PAGE FROM CUSTOMERS TRYING TO REACH THEM. GOOGLE LISTS BUSINESS AS "TEMPORARILY CLOSED," BUT WEBSITE AND FACEBOOK PAGE ARE STILL ACTIVE. REPEAT: THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM.
