Air Texas is the best HVAC company I’ve worked with! Ms. Kim was kind and professional from the first call, and Mr. Charles and Jose came out the same day. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and patient - explaining everything clearly and treating my small issue like a major job. Their thoroughness and genuine care really stood out. I’ll definitely use Air Texas again - they’ve earned my trust!
I cannot say enough about Charles. My A/C went out a few days ago and he got me on the schedule and fixed the problem. So grateful, the babies were miserable in this Texas heat. Give Air Texas a call you won’t regret it, great service from a decent person.

I just want to give a shoutout to Charles and Kim. My husband was in the hospital last week and my brother in law was at home battling cancer. Our AC wasn’t cooling. They came over that day and fixed the ac. They were very affordable and I’m so thankful to them. When we returned home from the hospital we were able to rest and be comfortable. If I could give them ten stars I would.
