They are extortionists. We had a house full of people over Thanksgiving and our boiler went. It needed a new igniter. They charged over $400 for a $96 part on Amazon. I agreed to pay an emergency fee of $250. There was no diagnosis since we told them on the phone what was needed. It was a plug in part

I needed to replace my a/c unit and contacted Air-Temp along with other companies. Air-Temp was very accommodating to my situation and after reviewing all my options, I found Air-Temp to be most reasonable and their personnel to be extremely helpful and pleasant. Great experience working with Mario and the team at Air Temp. From start to finish they were courteous, professional and neat. All work was done as quoted and very fairly priced. Would definitely recommend using Air Temp!
