Air Temp has a great group of technicians that work for them, the problem is management doesn't treat them with the respect they deserve, their accountant short changes them on payroll and management uses and abuses them, the pay is less than industry standard and the benefits are nothing but, if you're a tech with more than 6 weeks of experience you deserve better than Air Temp.
