Allow me a minute to tell you about my experience with Air Techs today. I got their number from Mike at RE Michael. Mike said “call Jeremy, he’s a good, honest dude”. When I called, Jeremy answered. I explained we owned several restaurants and one of our major cooling systems was down. Jeremey said “so you’re looking at several thousand in spoilage”. Richard and Jeremy were recommended to me by neighbors when my system stopped working. My call was answered right away and a tech - Justin - was at my house in less than 2 hours. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it. He also performed system maintenance and explained everything to me thoroughly. He was extremely professional and courteous. Came to my house on Easter to fix my AC AND my walk in cooler broke on a Sunday and came and replaced the unit same day and saved thousands of dollars in food from going bad 🙏
Courteous, professional, and very prompt. My a/c is running 26 hours after my original phone call. This company provides the type of service you expect, but rarely receive in today's world. I highly recommend them and am now a loyal customer.
