I ordered a mini lift table for use in a medical mobile unit. The lift took upwards of 4 months to finish (I was told 6-8 weeks). When received, the paint job was fair at best; the controller they put on it looked like it had been taken from a used piece of equipment (dirty, worn, etc); when I plugged it in, it didn't work! I had to have my Hospital bio-med guys repair this brand new lift - there was a loose wire.
A.T.I. and Jonathon Ziegler are great to work with. They produced for me a custom telescopic lift per my specs. They were great to work with. The bottom line is that they did what they said for the price quoted and followed up after the delivery - What else can you expect or want? Great Job A.T.I. and Jonathon Ziegler !
Very poor customer service! Poor design and doesn't work to specs!
