Bob and Dan were awesome to work with today! We needed a new hot water tank. Called on Monday at 2pm and they were here the next day by 10am! By working together, Bob saved me over $500 from his own quote and well over $1,000 if we had another company come out to replace the unit. We have been using Air Tech Services - Cary for years. I’m disappointed because after all the 5 star reviews & being a local company, I thought this would be a reliable place to help me when my air wasn’t working and husband was away. It might just be that the person who answered the phone was having a bad day, or was clearly checked out for the day… but they initiated the call & sprinkled it with “I wish you had called earlier in the day… I finished all my calls this morning.. it’s Saturday afternoon, can this wait…. Phenomenal customer service and response time. During the 90 plus degree heat wave my AC thermostat skyrocketed. My house was only getting hotter. AirTech came to my house extremely fast (within an hour) and fixed my air conditioner on the spot. Highly recommend!
Super impressed with this company! They showed up quickly and handled everything efficiently. I really appreciated that they worked directly with my home warranty company to confirm I needed a new furnace—huge help. They also checked out both of my AC units and were able to repair and maintain them on the spot. I’m very confident in their work. They’re honest, professional, and don’t try to upsell or take advantage. Highly recommend!
