Awful experience. Tech comes over and says he cannot work on the unit because he needs a specific tool and reschedule for a week later. I confirm with him that he is coming be morning of the apptn then no show, no response. The company calls me next day to say that he could not find the tool. I will not use them again.

A good vendor delivers when you really need them! Boy, Air Tech really came through for us! Jennifer and Jamie, helped me solve an AC issue when both of my AC units were down, it was +90 degrees all week, the house was hot and me and the wife were irritable! Another vendor proposed an option that would have cost us +$2000 on our 2-10 Home Warranty Plan. They never answered their phone, nor called me back. I have a home warranty and that's the only reason this company was sent to my home to repair my AC. The repairman said he needed sealant that he didn't have to make the repair, but would be back first thing next week. It's been over a week and he has not returned. He will not return our phone calls. We have been calling and leaving messages with this company for 2 days, but no one calls us back. We've tried calling at all hours, but no one is there to answer. We have a home warranty that uses this service as their A/C people. They received the work order on Monday and had someone out on Tuesday morning. Having worked in a similar industry, this was a very good turn around to get someone out. The technician was very well mannered and explained what the issue was. He showed up right on time. We were fixed and up and running in less than an hour. Very happy with their service thus far and hopefully won’t need them anytime soon.
