I had a wonderful experience with Air-Tech Inc. at 268 Airport Road, Reserve, LA. Nicole went above and beyond to help me track down a small part I needed for a Vespa scooter that was on backorder. Even though it was just a small item, she was incredibly kind and took the time to make sure I had what I needed. The times I have contacted them they have been somewhat friendly but they always respond as if they were in a hurry, which is not very pleasant, but one of the most annoying things is that most of the time they do not have the items, they always have to manufacture them so I already had a bad experience with that... Service has always been great, they do have parts that are sometimes hard to find such as plastic pipe saddles, always been a pleasure to do business with these guys! I will continue being a customer as long as they're in business 😉
Called in for some parts on our quicksilver and could not be happier. I talked to Bever and he didn't just try to sell me parts but helped me troubleshoot my problems to save some money in parts. They also did a very nice job in the packaging with the quick shipping. Highly recommended and they have my business from now on
I brought my gyrocopter to this place to have an annual inspection done on it I was well pleased with the way it was done and the work that was done on it I do recommend it to anyone that needs work of this type. The employees were very courteous and well knowledgeable about my aircraft I gave it a five star rating thank you.
