Tim is fantastic! He is reliable and reasonably priced. We have used Tim for the past 17 years and 3 different homes. He has serviced furnaces, replaced a furnace put in a whole AC system and done Water heaters for us.
Tim was our second call after our furnace decided to stop heating randomly in October. The first company came out, spent a few minutes poking around and told us we needed a new furnace right that very minute. Their high quote and speed to tell us we needed a replacement concerned my husband and I. After a referral from a coworker, Tim came out and took my husband through what he saw with the furnace and was able to diagnose a $40 part replacement that would get us running again.
