The employees at Air Tech did an excellent job installing the heat pump at our house. A few things to note about their work. They handled all the installation and did not require me to get an outside electrician. They were thorough and worked with me to get the right installation even after they started work. They weren’t annoyed about taking a little extra time because they believe in doing a job right the first time. The service provided by Air Tech was outstanding. Our heat pump broke during the coldest weeks of the year and Air Tech got the job done expeditiously. I was amazed at how fast their response time was and the priority they put on completing the work that needed to be done because our home was without a sufficient source of heating. I had a complete HVAC unit put in my home 2016. In the last 7 years they have been out for yearly checkups. And for one warranty issue. They were professional prompt answered our questions thoroughly. There are a lot of HVAC guys out there but I trust the team at Airtech. Last year our gas fireplace went down and they came out and was able to diagnose and repair the problem. They're very careful to put everything back the way they found it.
