Great quick experience! Called at 9am, had a service at 9:30am. Amazing!
Air Tech has always been amazing. We recently had to have our AC line moved so that we could complete some renovations in our basement and they stayed late to make sure the job was finished. All of the guys we've had come to do checks and services have been really kind and professional. I love that they have a program that you can just pay an annual fee and our furnace and AC both get annual services, and they also do a visual check on the electrical and make sure all of the water runs properly in our home. I was thrilled with the quality of work Air Tech delivered. We originally called because my daughter dropped a makeup bottle down the toilet late one night so we frantically looked up plumbing companies and found Air Tech - we used their online booking system to book an appointment for the next day. Jim showed up the next morning at 10:30am and safely retrieved the bottle after several attempts with different augers. Jim saved the day as he initially came in to help retrieve a makeup bottle that had fallen down the toilet! He went above and beyond by checking out other areas in our home (sinks and faucets) and found some concerning issues like a failed pressure valve in our home we did not know about! We ended up replacing our hot water tank that was 24 years old and they were able to schedule the replacement within days that worked for our busy schedule.
