Zero stars would be more appropriate. Quoted 375 for an 8 dollar asbestos assessment. Avoid at all cost.
After an initial consultation and bid, Airtech was on the job two days later. Although they were booked up for weeks out, Sam got a crew on the job immediately so that we could meet our escrow closing date on time. Unfortunately for all involved, the VA appraiser would not approve of the lead abatement work done by Airtech. Sam sent his crew out a second time and instead of just addressing obvious areas in need of scraping, brushing, and encapsulating, his crew, with Raymundo as foreman, practically scraped the entire house.... read more
