Air-Tec Systems has been a life Saver today. After two weeks of 100’ heat my AC went out. The company was very easy to work with and got me scheduled ASAP. This morning their tech showed up early, found the problem within minutes and had my AC running within the hour. On top of that, their tech gave me maintenance tips and shared knowledge with me that will help maintain the life of my unit. Will be using them for all future endeavors!
My first experience with Air-Tec Systems was one that made me a customer for a long, long time. Mitchell and Bruce were incredibly knowledgeable, impressively diligent, considerate of the situation, CLEAN, and as professional as I’ve ever seen. Airtec was the best phone call I made when our a/c went out. I was meeting with a competitor who was going to charge me $4k more than I eventually paid with Airtec. They were able to get a new outdoor unit installed first thing on a Monday morning. I couldn’t recommend this company more!!!!!!
I cannot say enough great things about the Air-Tec Systems team! My first encounter was when my furnace needed to be replaced; not only did they educate me on everything they were doing, and why, but they worked with my home warranty company to help get more covered. They replaced my thermostat, as well, and took the time to educate me on humidity levels and how to get my system to perform at its best during every season. AC was not working on a Sunday night. Texted Jim, he called me right back. Had tech out next morning by 8 am. Awesome service, awesome guys. I'd highly recommend you use them when you have your next HVAC issue!
