They need to hire better network engineers. Upon arrival, I was informed that their Internet has been down for over an hour and they have no idea when it'll be fixed. A competent network engineer would have built fault tolerance into the network. They did not offer any kind of compensation for my trouble. A gift card to one of the many nearby fast food restaurants would have been nice.
Got there with 1 car in the bay in front of me. He was leaving as I was pulling up and it was quick and painless
