Ben thoroughly cleaned all our ducts and cleaned & sanitized every vent. He explained the process & showed pictures of trouble spots and what & how they could be fixed! Totally satisfied with the work & the cost!
I cannot say enough about Ben Darlington who came to my house to perform duct cleaning work for me. After reviewing my ductwork and checking into the reason for mold in my duct, he explained in great detail the reason for the problem I was having. Rather than going ahead and doing the duct cleaning, he told me that it would be less expensive to replace some of the flexible ducts, and fix areas in my ductwork that someone had done a shoddy job on, causing condensation and thus mold buildup. Phone guy was rude., ignorant and had absolutely no people skills. Should be picking up trash Instead of answering a business phone. Just a disgusting experience
I have used Air Systems several times now for my rental properties and home. They go above and beyond and do a great job. He sent me videos and pictures documenting everything. I highly recommend using them to make sure everything is working properly.
