Shaun performs the preventive service for the 3 HVAC systems located on the rooftop of our 2-story office building. He's professional, very personable, cleans up the work area, explains everything. Shaun is amazing.
Just moved into a new home and the AC wasn’t working. Not very fun in the middle of July, whilst pregnant! Called Air Synergy and was given an appt within one day. The intake coordinator was courteous and very helpful. Alberto came to see us the next day and looked at our AC unit and noticed the radiator was clogged. He saw that it was very dirty and cleaned it, allowing our AC to breathe again. Shaun did an amazing job! His customer service was top-notch and he was efficient and thorough in completing our HVAC maintenance. He was timely, efficient, communicative, and professional.
