This company installed the ac unit in my house, we called them up to check up on the ac unit since we noticed there was mold around it. They never responded back to us and the owner Eric was very rude. Wouldn’t recommended this company, not professional at all. I ended up calling another ac company, they ended up fixing Erics mistake. New company questioned me on why they did the job like that, they mentioned they was probably in a hurry. Recently needed to replace my central unit . Called several companies and decided to let Air Support Cooling and Heating do the install . I'm glad I went with them as they did a great job . The work was done quickly and professionally . ***** answered all questions , and I found him to be very down to earth and trustworthy . If you are needing AC service call Air Support Cooling and Heating they will treat you right .. 5 star service..
Erick (Air Support) was recommended by a mutual friend. WOW! I had a previous estimate of over $700 for work on my A/C unit. I called Erick for a second opinion. He took one look at it, shook his head, and said, "no way." He fixed what was wrong, did a coolant recharge, and cleaned the drain line, which was much more than the first company was going to do.
