They don't answer the call it get disconnected?!for what they charged us it's scam overpriced
I have been calling both of the locations for an emergency. Both places have a busy signal like they took it off the hook. No ac in Florida sucks especially when my machine is a year old and broken

They advertise 24/7 emergency service yet did not return our call (called 4 times) and left us without heat on the coldest day of the year. We purchased our NEW unit from you and you cannot return a call. Shouldn't be in the service industry if you are only willing to provide service during banking hours and especially don't advertise that you offer emergency service.
