Sam smells fishy My unit was not cooling. Sam came to my house, put the gauges on the unit & said I was down 2lbs of freon and did I want him to add the freon. I asked him if he could find the leak and repair it first. he said not today & that it might take 5 minutes or 2 days. It didn't sound legit to me, so I paid for the service call & called someone else, who found & repaired the leak within an hour & added freon.
No No No No!!!!!!! Sam was at my house for less than 25 minutes. I was charged $180 to have him splice a wire and reconnect it to the compressor. He told me the compressor was about to go and quoted about me $2500 to replace the compressor. He did not perform any diagnostics on the compressor. I have had a second opinion and I have been told that there is no problem with the compressor and if it did need to be replaced it would be about $1700. Extremely Helpful Air specialists technician showed up on time and Sam was able to find the problem quick. Their charges is fair and when i called he was extremely helpful. Thank's alot.
Same Day,Quickly I called in the morning and the technician came out the same day. Sam quickly diagnosed the problem, showed us what caused it, and made the repair. This was my first experience with Air specialists, but I will definitely call them again if I need service. I recommend them highly.

Very Friendly Called around 7:30 pm, which is a saturday night.Had someone on site and fixing furnace in hour and a half. Fast and polite and nothing extra for the time or day,very reasonable price
