took them weeks ,before showing up ! no more to say , never ever again !
I have been calling for 2 weeks, I would be told we are going to be there... then nothing. I would get busy then a few days later call again. When a freezer is down it's important to a small business. They have a really old individual answering the phone who can't hear either. I try to support other local small businesses but this is ridiculous, bad service isn't a way to keep a customer. I gave 1 star only because I had to, I wouldn't have even gave them that!
