Mitch came out to give see what I needed done, and promptly gave me a quote. He was also very quick to respond to any of my questions and emails. Duane and Liam spent three days working in a confined crawl space to install a heat pump and propane furnace system. They were always polite and pleasant and kept me informed of what was happening and what to expect. I was given a detailed description when shown the work they had completed. The work area was clean and any garbage was removed. I gladly recommend Air Source.
The owner of this company for the Muskoka area named Mitch Verzuu is a trustworthy and knowledgeable guy. He is an excellent communicator and answers emails or calls promptly, something rare these days! We installed a heat pump with AC at our cottage after many years of saying we didn’t need it! They were knowledgeable and polite. A pleasur... read more
Mitch was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. Installers were very courteous and professional I would recommend them in a heartbeat and have already told alot of my friends on the amazing service we have received. Very impressed with the fact that everything that was said was true to his word. I'm already inquiring about getting my home done as well.
I had a situation that warranted a diagnostic quickly. I called on the 4th and our technician was here on the 5th. He was very thourough with his inspection and found the problem right away. I would definitely recommend this company for any HVAC needs!
Mitch has a great manner, he was responsive, timely and pleasant in all dealings. He committed to a timeline and delivered as promised. Dylan and Roy were a pleasure to deal with for the install. Diligient, efficient and answered our questions as required. Highly recommend. Thank you.
