The communication was excellent, everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the quality and level of service from the young man who came to the house. Having had a fairly recent negative experience with another home service type of company, this was a welcome experience. Highly recommend this company.

Brad came to service our fireplace and did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, and I received clear ETA notifications along the way, which I really appreciated. He even cleaned the glass so the fireplace looks brand new again. Thank you, Brad, and thank you to Air Source Home Comfort for such excellent service!

I had a great experience with Air Source when they came in to repair my fireplace. The technicians were friendly, on time and very knowledgeable. I also had them do a general cleaning and the glass was absolutely sparkling when they finished. I would definitely recommend this company.
