2nd update: Air Source followed through and showed up to save the day! They were able to locate the issue, explained to me what was happening and how it was going to be fixed, and now its working!! Great, friendly and knowledgeable service!! Update: Stephen from Air Source called me and apologized for the lack of follow up. He refunded me the amount I paid, and sent out a techinican the same day at no cost to look at my furnance (for a different problem ironically!), with a follow up in the spring for the air conditioner.
