Beware, they installed a furnace for my mother in December of 2023, since then they have worked on it for the same problem. My mom is 86 and has a disabled son to take care of, and the furnace is not working AGAIN. WE'VE CALLED TEXTED AND LEFT MESSAGES FOR THEM THAT THE FURNACE IS NOT WORKING AGAIN. BUT GUESS WHAT THEY ARE NOT RETURNING ANY OF OF OUR ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEM. THE URNACE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY UNTIL NEXT MONTH . Called late in the afternoon and tech was onsite in less than 2 hours. Quick repair in the evening at an extremely fair price for an after hours visit. I highly recommend and will be using Air Source 1 in the future!
Great service and very affordable. Half the price of others. Didnt try to sell a new unit like the others. Will always be our first call and would recommend Ben every time.
