Great experience. I called and they were at the house within two hours. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had the AC cooling again the same day. Very friendly, professional service. Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible. My HVAC system failed that they installed in one year. They came out, claimed system was fine and I needed to replace the copper cooling line between the outside condenser and the inside air handler. Offered a 12% discount for cash, so since I had done business before I opted for cash. BIG MISTAKE! After install it lasted 24 hours. Took most of a day and Kevin returned, said they’d bumped into the filling valve and refilled the system. Lasted 24 hours. Said he’d be out the following evening- that’s 4 day... read more

Kevin was quick to address all my concerns. He found the issue almost immediately. More than fair with pricing as well as educated me what the issue was rather than just telling me a problem and a price. If I could give him 10 stars I would.. If ONLY every business was ran as efficient as his. WILL USE AGAIN...

Aire Solutions was recommended by 2 neighbors with the notion they are occasionally hard to get a hold of......fine, we all are right? We replaced 2 AC units and ducts and paid cash on October 2020. Several dollars under other quotes which was nice........however, as a paying customer with warrantied units.......after job was complete, the customer service went downhill fast.
