I’ve lived in this house 12 years and never had the ducts cleaned. Big mistake. These guys were meticulous — they removed every register, washed them, brushed and vacuumed each run, and deodorized the whole system. They documented everything with photos. The musty smell when the AC kicked on is completely gone. The house feels lighter, if that makes sense. Incredibly courteous team too.

My dryer was taking three full cycles to get a load of heavy towels dry, which was so frustrating.Caleb arrived for a dryer vent cleaning and found a massive clog near the exterior exit. He showed me a literal bird's nest that had been built inside the pipe over the spring. He cleared everything out and even installed a protective cage to keep the birds from returning.
