I have used them since I first got my condo in 2023. The service guy Seth always seemed to have my interest in mind. When my unit was losing coolant, Seth recommended trying a product that would seal any tiny holes and it worked. A year later my HVAC unit failed and they put in a new one. They later realized that the circuit wasn’t sufficient and changed it out from 15 to 20Amps so we would pass inspection.
I was not present during the service, however, our friend was staying in our condo and he advised that the customer service was excellent. Thank you for responding to our issue.
Tech Jim worked on our unit. He was prompt, polite, and respectful. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
I have used Manasota for both my commercial and residential properties and would highly recommend them to anyone!
