Kris was on time, efficient, and very patient explaining the issue (a different company installed my new HVACs but didn't replace the plenum boxes to fit the new units). We went over various options without any stress of upsale. He and his team will be over in a few days to correct the issue. I highly recommend Air Service Now!
Our furnace stopped working . Kris from Air Service Now came out the same day, assessed the furnace, explained in detail the problem, had taken pictures of the problems and patiently explained our options. We opted to replace the system. Kris and his team showed up on time, worked hard and replaced the HVAC system by the end of the day. 01/31/2026 Kris did an excellent job of coming to evaluate burning rubber smell in the house. Finding a burnt-out motor, he was able to quickly return with the part and replaced it to get the heater working again. Kris went the extra mile to compare both heating units to make sure the second one was in good order. House is now warm!
Kris came out on Sunday with ice & snow on the ground, to help us with our system that went down with frigid temperatures outside. We are very happy with his work, he diagnosed & solved our issues. We signed up for yearly service, that’s how much we liked his work & felt it he priced reasonably.
I just want to thank Air Service Now for coming out during the ice storm. We have a new system and when we called the big box company that installed it they told us no one was going out because of the roads. My husband found Air Service Now on Google. Long story short Kris showed up and got us back up and running. We will be canceling our big box company contract and switching to Air Service Now.
