Kris was on time, efficient, and very patient explaining the issue (a different company installed my new HVACs but didn't replace the plenum boxes to fit the new units). We went over various options without any stress of upsale. He and his team will be over in a few days to correct the issue. I highly recommend Air Service Now!

Friendly people plus quick service! I was VERY impressed with Kris' attention to detail while diagnosing the issues, along with his explanations. He got everything up and running the next day and I feel very confident that my A/C has been fixed according to manufacturer's specifications. In this line of work attention to detail is critical for the proper servicing of our units and, like I mentioned above, I feel this is very important to Kris. I feel that my HVAC system is in very good hands.

Our furnace stopped working . Kris from Air Service Now came out the same day, assessed the furnace, explained in detail the problem, had taken pictures of the problems and patiently explained our options. We opted to replace the system. Kris and his team showed up on time, worked hard and replaced the HVAC system by the end of the day. Kris and Randy are AWESOME! Their prices are reasonable. They don't upsell you on things you don't need. I feel like I can really trust them to offer me good advice for my AC and heating unit. They replaced my AC condenser and it is so much quieter plus my electricity bill went down. I'm not so terrified for my electric bill this summer!

My AC compressor went out about a week or so ago, and I have reach out to multiple companies, and was quoted high prices. I even had one company to up the charge on me once they found out my product was under warranty .I was shocked at the price and the professionalism that I received. My AC is up and running in a matter of hours and colder than ever! I was also giving a one year warranty on the service which made my experience a definite 10 out of 10….
