After cleaning, we had a slight rattle in one vent. Called them. They came next morning, no charge, and found a loose damper they had bumped during cleaning. Tightened it in 5 minutes and checked all other dampers. They said "our fault, our fix." No argument. Most companies would ghost you. They stand behind work. That's why they have 400+ 5-star reviews. Accountability matters.

For 4 years my daughter got croup 2-3 times every winter. The ER visits were scary. Our doctor said to look at indoor air quality. Our house was 14 years old and we never thought about ducts. The cleaning crew was amazing with kids. They let my daughter watch the camera screen and explained things like she was a helper.
