No customer service when calling when their equipment fails u sir waiting 2 days for a nonsense refund for over priced air at a gas station. Companies a scam
Nobody checks on these air pups that are distributed out in gas stations, rarely ever work, disappointing, and a waste of time and money
Worst place to support by far. I have had problems with the machines not working properly or giving enough time. I finally emailed the company about a $2.50 refund. Sent proof about the not working machine and still can't get a refund. I'm sure that this company makes alot of money from faulty machines and never reimburse any customer. You can't even get a refund from the store there located at, even though the stores logos are on the machines. HORRIBLE COMPANY.
I paid to use one of their vacuums at a gas station and it turned on but was not working. I contacted customer service and they were quick to resolve the issue. Thank you.
