My elderly parents got a whole AC system from them about a year ago (9k-10k). Ended up having a Freon leak Called them because we should have warranty in case of a faulty part. They came out charged for the Freon but ended realizing a part came defect (is what one technician said) came back to try and fix it (technician #2) but ended up messing up a issue that two other technician(#1) couldn’t figure out.
