Had a heat pump that died. Waited for another provider who was busy with emergencies until it was 30C inside my house. Spoke to Air Satisfaction and they managed to see me within a few hours My heat pump was kaput but the crew were able to quickly quote me a good price on a good machine and get it installed with a high degree of professionalism and customer care.
