What a great disappointment this company is. They send a technician out to give us a quote of Air Con installation only. He said we get it in 2-3 days. We waited for that quote and after 4 days gave them a call. They said the quote is half way coming. Then strait away gave us a call and said that they don't do installations only. They could tell us that over the phone one week earlier. What a waist of time.
Had quite the saga in trying to get air conditioning fixed: - 6 appointments across four months and after each appointment all technicians but one said the problem was solved - Two appointments the technicians arrived many hours after the estimated time and only found out after calling to inquire personally. One appointment made over the phone was just not booked in at all on their side and was told that I should've called to confirm when I inquired at the time of the appointment - Only one technician (out of three) actually... read more
