Two hour call out and was not able to diagnose the issue. Suggested a $4.5K fix with no certainty it could be fixed. Explained fan was on the bottom of the unit when it was actually on the top.
What a great disappointment this company is. They send a technician out to give us a quote of Air Con installation only. He said we get it in 2-3 days. We waited for that quote and after 4 days gave them a call. They said the quote is half way coming. Then strait away gave us a call and said that they don't do installations only. They could tell us that over the phone one week earlier. What a waist of time.
