Had quite the saga in trying to get air conditioning fixed: - 6 appointments across four months and after each appointment all technicians but one said the problem was solved - Two appointments the technicians arrived many hours after the estimated time and only found out after calling to inquire personally. One appointment made over the phone was just not booked in at all on their side and was told that I should've called to confirm when I inquired at the time of the appointment - Only one technician (out of three) actually... read more
Roxanne (Mechanical Engineer) and Dan (Senior Technician) and the Air-Rite team ‘pulled out all stops’ to get our air back up and running in the middle of the Jan-Feb 2023 heatwave. One of their team actually drove out to pick up the replacement motor to ensure its installation before the weekend, which is next-level service and something you don’t hear of very often. Air-Rite know airconditioning and provide prompt solutions. I sincerely recommend them without hesitation.
Unfortunately, reading through the other reviews this seems like a common issue and standard practice for Air rite to attempt to Scam its customers by over charging for work that was not completed and providing a poor service not actually fixing any issues. When speaking to Wendy the Director be prepared to get abused over the phone and attempted to get bullied into paying an invoice that is not justifiable or accurate to the hours and works completed.
