I anticipated a lengthy repair but was pleasantly surprised when the technician identified a wiring issue and resolved it in just over an hour. This visit was notably smoother compared to prior experiences with other HVAC services that required multiple calls.
After their thorough inspection, they found an issue with the condenser coils and took about two hours to clean them properly. This visit was much more detailed compared to previous maintenance checks I've had.
Unlike the last technician we had, who couldn't pinpoint the issue after two visits, this specialist identified a faulty sensor in the thermostat within an hour and replaced it promptly. It's been three days, and everything is functioning smoothly without any further adjustments needed.
Fixed thermostat quickly, works perfectly now.
We were quoted a reasonable rate for the duct and vent cleaning, and while the technicians efficiently completed the job in about two hours, I did notice they didn't communicate as clearly as I would have liked about the need for a minor repair discovered during the process.
