I had them come out and encapsulate my crawlspace about 6 months ago. I have called with questions and they are always prompt to respond and visit to make sure everything is working as it should. Their customer service is fantastic. They are really good people that stand by their work.

Charlie did some work for us previously so he offered to provide a complimentary consultation on the HVAC ducts in our new house. He didn't try to sell us anything...just inspected what we asked him to. He actually found two significant issues that the home inspector did not detect and followed up with a description and photos of what we need to address with the HVAC installer. Charlie showed total professionalism and integrity. We would highly recommend Air Resolutions to anyone.
I definitely recommend Charlie with Air Resolutions. He is super responsive and very professional. We recently had a pipe burst that brought down some air ducts in our basement. I was able get a hold of him fast and he provided insight on best practices to take to repair the ducts. He gave us piece of mind in his analysis as he came out to inspect our ducts. Will definitely be using him again issues that come up!
Coming from someone who is not easily complimentary of contractors, I have to say I could not have been more impressed with Air Resolutions. They completed an encapsulation of our 1960 Richmond West End Tri-level crawlspace and did a fabulous job. Communication was extremely responsive from the very start of the estimation process to the closeout of the project at the end.
