James did a great job in all ways, courteous, efficient & professional. I was greatly disappointed when he advised work needing to be done to a system less than 2 years old & if not, the warranty would be voided. Total program cost, $1450.40 or over 10% of the original system cost. To be noted, this was the "Premium" program & I could have gotten away with less but over time it would be more. This is the 3rd system we've had through Air Rescue & its previous entities. The first 2 never incurred this type of additional expens... read more

Guy who came out was very unprofessional was out side cussing and yelling on his phone about how he couldn't get under house and did nothing but still wants to charge me

They came out within 4 hrs of my AC unit having shut down for unknown reason. They found my drain line was clogged and the drain pan was full, which automatically shuts everything off. The AC guy flushed/shop vac'd the line and cleaned out the pan, and got it working within the hour of being at our home... 🫶🏽🙌🏽
