Air Repair, operated by Alan and his son Jared are recommended by me without any reservations. You will not find more committed or skilled technicians but above that, they posses the highest integrity. In my capacity in store operations and facilities with an international retailer, I could always count on an honest assessment of our needs and the best course of action. Alan and Jared take pride in their work and they care - for the equipment that they service, your maintenance budget, and the relationships that they build.

Air Repair was a lifesaver! My AC broke in the middle of a heat wave and Jared came to save me. He was a complete professional, he diagnosed the problem quickly and then explained what was needed for the repair. He also was very polite and worked cleanly. Now my AC is working better than ever. I would definitely use call them again, highly recommended!

I had a highly disappointing experience with Air Repair LLC. I scheduled an appointment for 11 AM, which was confirmed the day before. They even mentioned they might arrive early. However, by 11:20 AM, no one had shown up. I tried calling Alan, the contact person, but he didn’t pick up my first two calls. When he finally answered on the third attempt, his first response was shockingly rude: "Don't be so pushy." Eventually, Jared arrived at 11:40 AM, significantly late.
