After a disappointing previous experience with another contractor who left our vents partially clogged, the technician from this company arrived promptly and spent two hours thoroughly cleaning each vent. He pointed out build-up that had been missed entirely by the last service, ensuring improved airflow throughout the house.
The preventive maintenance revealed some minor wear on the A/C fan belt, which was promptly replaced and has been functioning smoothly since. The technician was thorough, explaining each step clearly and finishing up in just under an hour.
The technician quickly diagnosed an airflow issue that others had missed. Thanks to their expertise, our system is now operating perfectly.
Efficiently resolved my HVAC problem.
They spent three hours ensuring the new AC unit was properly installed and even took the time to explain how to maintain it, which was more thorough than my previous experience with another company.
