Thankfully after diagnostics, Brian and Cody were able to find a way for me to have heat as needed while waiting for parts, scheduling their return as soon as ordered parts were available from TRANE. The follow-up to complete the repairs with replacement parts went very well. The new thermostat and burners are installed with very reasonable rates.
